For 34 years we have specialized in the repair of R 2 V cylinder heads. We only use parts of standard quality and, where available, higher quality parts. Valves are exclusively used by TRW. These are still the best on the market. The valves of all other manufacturers have proven to be unstable and are often poorly made. For example, no hard chrome plating of the shafts or the shafts are not polished.

Valve guides and seat rings are custom made for us, as the quality or dimensions of the original parts are insufficient.The valve clearance is already designed by BMW as a "throwing fit". Here we take the smallest possible valve clearance.Short delivery times of about 5 working days. Many BMW garages also appreciate this and have their cylinder heads repaired in our factory.Attention: The availability of the valves for R 45, R 65 and R50/5 is generally not guaranteed. So get our quote for these models.

If you send us your cylinder heads for processing, please be sure to pack them well. The cylinder heads must be tightly packed in a sufficiently large box with insulating material all around. The packaging guidelines of DHL, Hermes, GLS etc. stipulate that the package must be able to withstand a drop of 1 meter!!
