Attention: In case of damage to the Hall effect sensor, always check the ignition coil and the ignition cables before installing the new Hall effect sensor.
If the ignition coil has dents or cracks, replace it.
Here are the measured values for the ignition coil and the ignition leads:
Ignition cables with connectors (approx. 5 - 8 kOhm) only K 100, 1100, 1200
ignition coil K 75 ( Kl. 15 and 1 approx. 0,5 - 0,8 Ohm , high voltage outputs approx. 7 - 13 kOhm)
ignition coil K 100, 1100, 1200 ( Kl. 15 and 1 approx 1,8 - 2,2 Ohm, high voltage outputs approx 7 - 13 kOhm)
When replacing the hall sensor, the ignition must be statically adjusted. A special device is required for this. also available here.
Attention: TSZ/H ignition systems generate life-threatening high voltages in the primary and secondary circuits.
Working on these systems requires technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
If you are not sure, have the ignition system installed in a workshop!!
I always doubt about hiring a professional.
All our Hall sensors, cables and insulations are at least 1 level higher quality than series
If you are not sure which component fits into your machine, here is the link to the online catalogue.
After entering the VIN number you can search for it:
